Adam Apex runs this site and the services sold on it. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It covers site visits, Whop purchases, Tally intake, messages you send us, and files you share so we can build your website, media kit, and CRM.

What we collect

  • Site visits. Pages you open, device and browser type, approximate location, referring site, and similar technical data used to run and improve the site.
  • Whop purchase. Your name, email, payment result, plan, and order details. Card numbers are collected by Whop, not by us.
  • Tally intake. Answers you submit after a launch purchase so we can start the 14-day build, such as brand details, links, and preferences.
  • Contact. Emails or Whop messages you send, including refund or support requests.
  • Project assets. Logos, photos, copy, social links, and other files you provide so we can build your website, media kit, rate card, and Notion CRM.

Why we collect it

We use this information to take payment, deliver the service you bought, send intake and project updates, keep the site working, prevent abuse, and answer you. We do not sell your information.

How it is processed

Whop processes visits, checkout, payments, memberships, and account messages as the payments and hosting platform. Tally processes intake form answers. Both act as processors for those steps. We use what they show us, plus files and messages you send, to do the work.

Protection

Access to customer information is limited to people who need it to deliver or support your order. Payment data stays with Whop. We ask processors we use to protect information they handle for us.

Retention

We keep order, intake, and project files for as long as needed to deliver the work, handle refunds or disputes, and meet record-keeping duties. We then delete or de-identify what we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Whop and Tally keep their own records under their policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to or limit certain uses. Contact us using the details below. Some records sit with Whop or Tally, and we may need to point you to them for those. This policy does not remove rights you have that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
